Title: One of the best reds we have tried.
Post by: Jacqui Harvey on June 23, 2016, 22:54:49 PM
Would recommend this red wine from Morrison's really good. "The Wanted Zin".  Aged in America oak casks.

La Moneda Malbec @ £5.00, a Chilean red from ASDA has been voted best buy very recently. Worth a punt!

The Adsa Malbec is on offer at £4.37 at the moment (but shelves are emptying fast).   Got a couple the other day.

Try that, it is good, but IMHO (and Phil's) not as good as "The Wanted Zin"

I only want to try it Kevin, then I might buy more on line. (I'm normally a dry white fan) So what % Is this wine?

Hi Lotty, I see on the net that Tesco's have it.   I am surprised you don't have a Morrison's I always thought they were all over the U.K.  Must be like Waitrose in Scotland, there is one in Glasgow.  We never have had Waitrose. Always annoys me when I read a wine review and then it says "avaiable in Waitrose"

Last weekend my local Morrisons had the wanted zin at seven pounds (reduced from 10). Best bargain wine in living memory.

Bought a bottle for later. I've enjoyed (too) many bottles of Italian Primitivo in the past, but am a bit perplexed that they're marketing it using the American term for the variety.

If anyone uses Naked Wines, I'd urge them to try the Galodoro Vinho Regional Lisboa Reserva 2014 at £7.99. Silky smooth.

Villain, you should have bought two.  Once you have one, you want another.  It is now sold out in Morrisons.
