Anyone got any thoughts about Quidco or other Cashback sites ?
I'm thinking of signing-up for one for some future purchases.
-
I use topcashback all the time and find it good
-
I signed up to Quidco a few years ago but then forget to use it! My daughter uses topcashback regularly and seems very happy with what she gets from it.

I tried Costco for a year and found them expensive, and having to pay to shop there was another incentive not to. !!
I've got a card for Booker's but there are only a few items I would consider reasonably priced. Surprisingly a lot of shops
will haggle. There is a very expensive gent's outfitters near me that sell some nice gear. They always knock the prices down
for "cash". It works in Turkey too. :)
Years ago I sometimes shopped at Makro and there prices were good but now I think the nearest to me is about 30 miles away.

Kevin, we're not talking about bulk or trade shopping.
And as for haggling, don't worry, if there was an Olympic medal for it, I'd have been a Golden Boy. ;)
-
Well if you know what you're talking about why are you asking us Olden Boy.?? :)
-
I'm not going to have an intellectual argument with you Kevin. I never fight with someone who's less well armed than myself. ;)

KKOB - I have used quidco for about 5 years and have had just under £1,000 back.
Very good for annual insurance renewals / utility renewals.
You just have to remember when making online purchases to go into their site first :-)
Never used topcashback as one of these type of sites is enough for me :-)

I made about £700 cashback but can only very rarely use it now I live in Calis.
Usually now just for my uk home insurance.

been using Quidco for years something for nothing, cost is £5.00 a year. I have it set as my home page have made over £500. this year,
-
I signed up about 6 or 7 years ago and just looked at my account I have had £2300 in cashback over the years. Insurance is one of the best returns.
I could have had more but I don't bother for small amounts.

I use Quidco regularly and have done for years. I also now use my Santander 123 account for cashback - no only do I get cashback on utility bills, they have numerous cashback offers at retailers just by using your card. One that recently finishes was 10% back at Morrisons - if you already shop there, a bargain. Quidco now do an account that is free of charge - as opposed to the premier account at £5 a year. It really is money for nothing.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I've now signed-up for both Quidco and Topcashback. I already had a Santander 123 account thanks Lynne.
