Post by: Lynn25 on August 28, 2016, 09:40:52 AM: I can't believe it's nearly September and I haven't seen the usual "how much is a large Efes" question!We've had exchange rates so humour me.....How much is a large Efes this year? Also any recommendations for a decent red wine, something similar to a nice Rioja or Chianti?? Many thanks.

Are they available in the bars or just supermarkets? A decent red wine is Majestic. They also do a white wine as well. It was about 22 TL last time we bought some in September.

I don't think you will find anywhere that cheap now. The alcohol tax went up in June...
