I think we've been here for around 18 months to two years but some of the older members may correct me on that one.
Do you own a place in Calis? or thinking of buying, if fo you're in the right place.

Hi everyone i'm new to the group and congrats on a very informative site. Just returned from 2 weeks in Gocek,Fethiye area & have applied for tapu for a house but have now beeen told by Turkish solicitor that this will now take 8 - 9 months is this normal?

hi paul and welcome ,congratulations on your purchase, when we bought our house last july 18th 2004, we picked our tapu up march the 21st 2005, so that was about right,so your solicitor is correct

Forum was started around 1st September 2003 by Scunner although Stoop claims it was his idea.  :o
