Hi
My husband, Jim, and I bought a 3 bed townhouse on Lissa Links this spring. We are very pleased with it and the process was fun and fairly worry free. It was fully furnished and ready by June and we had hoped to rent it out when we or friends and family are not using it.
We were considering buying another but our letting agent has not really come up with the goods and we now wonder if the whole area is becomming swamped with us all doing the same thing!
Perhaps it is best not to put all your eggs......

Maybe you should change your rental company to one that does pull out all stops to rent your villa.

hi diana and jim glad to hear everything went well, and there were no problems, we  were going to rent our house out but have changed our minds , we may sound a bit selfish but we did not want anyone else to use it when we are not there
