Hi My name is Janet and I am a new member, my husband and I have been going to Turkey for the last 7 years and staying in Hisaronu but last year we decided to buy an apartment. It was built over last winter in Calis. We are really pleased with it. We had a few teething problems with the final finish but there are now sorted. We stayed there stayed in June and can't wait until October when we we will going back again.

Here there Janet - I too am new to the forum. We have been regular visitors to Olu Deniz for a similar period and fell in love with Calis when we visited last year.
We too have just purchased an apartment in Calis but it won't be ready until May next year - what sort of teething problems did you have?

Hi Janet,
Welcome to the "wishing your life away club" - once you are hooked and buy your own place all you can think of is getting back and doing sad things like buying fixtures & fittings!!  We bought our apartment in May 2004 and have made loads of new friends as well as meeting up with friends and family from all over the country who love Calis as well. We are over again for 3 weeks at the end of september and will no doubt be propping up the bar in the Forum. See you there!!
