Hi everyone
Signed on with the Forum in July (just as a means of pretending I was still out there!!) but finally decided to 'bite the bullet' and introduce myself!!
I'm Paul, originally from South Wales, currently living near Southampton and have lived in Hampshire for the last 20ish years. Have fallen in love with Turkey after my best friends (who are also members of the Forum) moved to Turkey at the beginning of last year - not jealous at all!
Since then, have visited them 4 times - they must be sick of me by now but are too polite to say!! - and planning the 'return' in September. 28 days to go - or 19 working days - not that I'm excited or anything!!!!!!!
Anyway, love the area and people aroune the Calis / Fethiye area - already made lots of friends and can't wait to come back. Eventually want to buy a propert and live out there.
Thanks for an informative and friendly forum - hope to talk soon, maybe even meet when I'm out there!

Lorraine and Gordon are just the best! (But don't tell them that!) I am just about to descend on them for the 5th time since October! There is definitely something about the place!
Anne - can't believe that Lorraine would moan about me - I have been known to have a few too many Efes at times AND lock myself out, but other than that, the perfect house-guest!
Going out on the 26th September for 2 weeks - for those of you there before, have a great time. Looks like I may bump into some of you out there!

Hi Paul,
We also arrive on 26 September and we are staying for just over 3 weeks. We will no doubt meet up in the Forum Bar at some stage - at least this year we will have our badges so it will be a bit easier to spot Forum members!

Paul, locking yourself out you should elaborate, you were put to bed and some how left the house??!! there are only 3 houses and still got lost 3-4am that is now why your bedroom door is locked!! :-\
