Lovely photos pompeylee.  Wish I was there.  Is it "long pants and woolly hat" weather at this time of the year?

We went down to the Splash,it was realy good,well done to all the people that went in
the sea,there was some great fancy dress,and  all the charities seemed to
be doing well,and the bars were packed.i think a good time was had by all,

Thanks pompeylee.  Looks like a quiet relaxing place to be at this time of the year after the Christmas rush although I would imagine that most of the popular hotels would be closed for the season.  However, a post Christmas break could be on the cards for next year so I'll search on Google.    :).
