Morning folks could anyone tell me if any hotels in calis are likely to be open on the 28th june 2020? Rumour has it Turkish airlines are starting direct flights to Dalaman.

 It appears that the rumour  is just that and Turkish Airlines hadn't updated their website. Apologies if i got peoples hopes up. As for hotels it seems they are looking to open mid july if possible.

The only International Flights will be for Turkish residents and citizens travelling from the UK and Europe, and for the repatriation of overstayers from Turkey, for the time being.

Turkish Airlines are starting direct flights from Gatwick to Dalaman, but I don't think that this will be happening until July at the earliest.

Just had a message from a fairly reliable source that the border at Edirne is open to all foreigners subject to the usual formalities.

Some people with residency permits have come through the border from Bulgaria in the last  2 or 3 weeks. There is an article in Fethiye times written by one lady.
