Can anyone tell me what the current travel procedure is for entry into turkey from the UK?

All depends if you are fully vaccinated or not. If you are, you need proof of vaccination and need to complete the Turkish health form a max of 72hrs before entry to Turkey.  ://register.health.gov.tr/
