Hi everyone, my name is Steve, I am married and have a son.

I am also new to this so please bear with me!!

I have spent several interesting hours reading the postings and
learned a lot in the process.

I recently signed up for an apartment in Ovacik with Hanel Houses, it will be known as LETOON

We are planning to visit Turkey in December so I am glad that the airlines are beginning to operate at this time of year

looking forward to hearing from you

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your new place.  There's a search facility at the top which is helpful.  We also have a place in Ovacik and love it there.

Welcome to the forum.  I'm a recent new member also and we bought with Hanel earlier this year, in Calis.   We've been out to our property three times this year and love every minute of our time in Turkey - it is a lovely country.  I'm sure you'll have some great holidays in your new apartment.

Hi Steve, welcome to the forum.  I'm so pleased you found this web site before buying.  I didn't - but wished that I had.  The information would have been invaluable.  However, we didn't intend to buy and so didn't look for information before re-visiting Turkey and falling in love once again.

Hi Steve and Family, welcome to the forum we also stay in Ovacik villa built by Hanel. We will not be here at xmas going back to Scotland but hoping to be back for the New Year, good luck with everything.

it is very quiet up there (no tourists)

Hi everyone,

Just a quick note to thank you all for your kind words and warm welcome.

I need to check out some good family restaurants in the forums for our trip in December.

Hanel have just sent me some pictures as they have now started work on our development, the foundations look scary, I hope it is not a mobile home we are purchasing!!
