HI all. We are Tom & Pam and have been coming to Turkey for many years and for the last 4 years mainly in Calis, we liked the place so much we bought a Villa there 3.5 years ago. Have intended to register on this chat site for some time and Hurrah! have finally done it, so hello everyone. We have been over twice this yearare coming over for the New Year, has anyone any idea how the weather is around then. Hope to meet up with a few of you, catch you later.

Hi Tom and Pam and welcome to the forum. I'm sure there will be someone who can answer any quetions you may have. We have been visiting Calis for the last 9 years but have never been there over the New Year. One of the members who lives there permanently will be able to give you the lowdown on the weather etc.

Welcome to the forum.  We've not been there over the New Year yet but there's a search facility at the top which you will find useful.

Hello Tom and Pam!  Welcome to this site, which is more than alittle addictive!

Like you I have been coming to Calis for several years and like you, I too am a Clais New Year virgin!  Looks like we'll all be de-flowered together: :) - how lovely! I am really looking forward to it as I have heard great things.  Hope it's as good as Istanbul where I have spent 3 New Years and it was ace:D. One year in Istanbul was freezing and wet, another was cold but bright and sunny (needed shades 8)), the other I cannnot remember :-\ ;)-fabulous I'm sure!
I guess Calis will be warmer than Istanbul, but I will take jumpers and coats for the evenings.
Maybe we'll meet,  but if not let me be the 1st to wish you a Very Happy New Year!.
