Hi and a very peaceful New Year to you all.  My husband and I had our first holiday in Turkey this year and were so impressed, we have put a deposit on an apartment in Calis, which should be completed next June.  Any help or advice you can give us will be greatly appreciated, and looking at the number of members, I am sure we will be meeting some of you when we visit again, which we plan to do regularly.

            Welcome to this great forum.plenty of help and advice from the majority of genuine people.We signed up for an apt in june in Gunlukbasi after holidaying many times in other resorts.We felt Calis is ideal for us as i am sure you will.Good luck for 2006

You won't regret your decision to buy in Calis it's a great place.
The search facility should give you answers to the many questions you're likely to have, if not, just ask and someome will point you in the right direction.

We have bought from Golden Moon and they are called "New Moon" apartments address Ibrahim Gul Cad. Calis, if that means anything to you.  They are about 15 mins walk from the river following the river out to where it is a fast flowing stream with our back to the hills.  We can see right over to the mountains.  Hope the explanation is good enough, as we have only been there for a fortnight's holiday, but thought the time right to invest or we would loose our chance.

We too are new to Turkey & the Forum! Visited in October for the first time & will be there in 3 days time(!!!!!!) to 'do the deal' on our apartment. Can't wait. We've had loads of help and information from the forum and I'm sure that you'll find out everything you need to know too! Enjoy!

We bought our apartment in Tasyaka early last year and love planning all our visits to Turkey.  Now the new law on purchases has been passed you dont have any of the concerns that some others have had.  Have fun!
