Hello to all from Stella. I am thinking of buying a villa/apartment in Calis-Fethiye to live in for most of the year. Have been to Turkey on holiday but that is very different to staying long term in a place so need to get to know the area more before taking the big leap.Will be paying a visit to Turkey end of April to do this. So pleased I found this site, full of helpfull information, has answered lots of questions I had.

Hi Stella

Welcome to the forum.  We took the plunge in 2004 and have had no regrets, we knew it was the right area for us as we'd been holidaying there for years.  Hope all goes well for you - lots of info on here which will help.

We have an apartment in Calis (up for Sale), it is not best suited for "living", so we are also looking to find a villa to live in.
