Welcome Sonia and Gerry. I'm sure you will find the forum very useful.
We bought a DVD player from Migros in Fethiye for about £45. Premier is the make and it seems OK. Region 2 same as UK.

Hi Sonia and Gerry welcome to the forum.

Welcome to you both. As Puma says the search engine is a great way to get answers to your questions- dont know how we could have done our furnishing etc without the help of this forum. We also brought our bedlinen over with us and got everything else in Turkey. Its not that they dont have it there its just that the stuff you get in the UK is polycotton and therefore doesnt require as much( any in my case) ironing as the 100% cotton stuff you get in Turkey.Thats the only reason. I also brought cutlery out as I was told that its hard to get matching sets including knives in Turkey. Needless to say after schelpping it over we have seen sets of cutlery all over Fethiye!

Hi Sonia and Gerry - Welcome to the forum. We also found Fethiye from a gulet cruise! We bought all our bed linen in Fethiye, the prices are reasonable and quality good but I agree with Cavfan if you want non-iron then take polycotton sheets etc from UK.
