Welcome Tina and Mick. You will find this Forum a treasure trove of useful information - just use the search facility. There are a few 'odd-ball' characters on the forum (mostly the moderators) but you'll get used to them over time and appreciate their wisdom. :D

Hi Phil & Syl
We bought our appartment in the turkish village (gunlukbasi) about 5 mins from sunday market, near where the turkish wedding ceremony place is.

Hi Tina and Mick.
Welcome to CBF. If you are 5 mins from Sunday market you are also about 5 mins from us as we are just further out toward main road in Gunlukbasi. Also you're not far from us at home as we are in Bury.
Best regards

Welcome Tina and Mick  -   enjoy your new Turkish home.  We bought last year, in Uzumlu, whilst only a holiday home at the moment, we intend to make it permanent one day (in the not too distant future).  Good luck.
