I recently purchased a Turkish Cookery Book.One of the ingredients of a recipe is called Tarhana.I can't get it in the Glasgow area.Several other spices are mentioned too.I know there is a shop selling spices in Fethiye.Will I need to go there,or is Tarnaha available in Calis[?]PS Does it keep until needed in the future[?]

It's available in Calis in dehydrated form sannyrut. It's sold in soup packets. If you buy it in a small "bricky" style or lump, it will keep for quite a while, a good 3 months.
