Heartbeat Challenge

I took part in a Charity Event at the weekend. The challenge was a 12 mile run followed by a 10 mile cycle ride.

These pictures show some of the terrain encountered and some of the wonderful views at the top of the route.
































Oh - I should have probably said at the start. I didn't actually participate in the challenge - I was manning a water station.
