It's driving me mad the amount of mindless, pointless paper I receive each day! (I say pointless because most of what they are advertising I am either too young for (incontinence pads!!! Stannah stairlifts!! etc) or too old for (Dating agencies!!! ringtones!!) or already have one (a life!!)
I must take tonnes of the stuff to the paper bank and can't understand how this computerised "paperless" society we are supposed to be living in has actually resulted in even more paper!
What a waste of time, money and effort (not to mention tree's) it all is. I received 100 glossy pages at work from the Government the other day asking me to hand them out to all the staff....the subject matter...."How to cut down on your alcohol consumption" and then they preach to us about saving the environment! :
It's enough to drive you to drink!
Anyway, enough of the rant, the point is, I've decided to do as much paperless billing as I can; if only to cut out a small amount of rain forest I receive each year. Does anyone else feel the same way?
