Fishing permits

A friend of mine has bought a fishing boat, but not to sure about permits ,he has been told the turks pay about 15 tl and brits 150 tl is this right ,also can you get a permit for the boat and 4/5 people or do they have to have individual permits.:D ;)

The prices are correct; 15tl for a Turk and the license lasts 5 years, 150tl for foreigners and it lasts 2 years! I believe the boat needs a separate permit for both summer and winter and it covers the people on board.
