The UK Police forces are providing officers with a 68 page book instucting them how to ride a bicycle.There are chapters on mounting and dismounting (honestly),a chapter on wearing padded underwear,to increase comfort levels,and even a chapter on carrying emergency food and water rations to cope with exessive pedaling.???They are even being sent on residential training courses to train them to ride safely.It's comforting to know our taxes are being spent wisely.
