the new road tax what will it cost ?

i know this subject has been covered just spent 40 mins reading the thread but can i have a simply couple of answers to what i should bring out extra in May to pay for a 3 bed appartment in 2 names me and the wife in Gunlukbasi. happy new year to all

Hi i live in  gunlukbasi its the same price for one or two people its the price thats on your tapu they go on, all you have to take with you is your last years council tax bill thats all .
I paid mine last week.

I'm afraid its impossible to give a figure as it seems to vary from nothing to up to 2000 TL depending on if the roads have been done in your area, and  to what standard (ie tarmaced or paved), the size of your property, how many roads it sits on (ie if it's a corner plot the cost is more), and that's just a few of the variables

Hydeaway, I emailed you a couple of days back to say that I have to go to the office to find out how much some of my neighbours who live in the UK have to pay (and pay my own) so if you let me know the names on your tapu I will ask on your behalf as well.  Entirely up to you, of course!

A friend has today, been and checked for us, our bill is 1016tl, reduced to 762tl, if we pay in the next 2 months.
The bill is based on the price shown on your tapu, and it would appear to be per property we have 2 names on our tapu but will pay less than a tapu with only one person on it, but the value of their property is more than ours.
