Calling all people that live in Whitby. Some friends visited Whitby just before Christmas, went for a walk and ended up down a random isolated walk track and came across a tree, decorated in xmas baubles and tinsel. Attached to the tree was a card saying "merry xmas from Whitby Jeff".
I've googled (ew-er) and yahoo'ed and can't find anything, just wondered if anyone out there knows anything about "Whitby Jeff"... has left me very intrigued..
