If money is not in question I think you would struggle to beat the Kamarca hotel located just off the Dalyan to Koycegiz road.
The owner had a michelin star restaurant in Ann Arbor Michigan and her food is superb. We stayed for a special occasion and I have not eaten that quality of food in Turkey anywhere. Whilst not cheap by Turksh standards the value for money by international standards was outstanding. The master suite we stayed in was delightful and comfortable with an honour bar containing some very rare gems in turkey - eg port, armagnac.
The meal was truly memorable and breakfast the next day absolutely awesome.
Everything you eat is home made and of highest quality. The wine list was good too!! .

I should add that we are major Taurus "foodies" who have eaten in some amazing places and enjoyed some extremely fine wines so to get a big thumbs up from us it has to be VERY good lol.

Sat....

I have read a few people have had less than perfect experiences there - but we have been at least once on every trip to Calis and it has always been excellent - food, service and setting.
