Disability Issues - New Section
« on: August 01, 2011, 11:31:42 AM »
I have added a new section to the "Information & Services" forums for Disability Issues in Turkey/visiting Turkey - this is a section that a number of members expressed an interest in having. Please let me know if you would like the wording of the forum (and description) altered, and please now use it  :)

You can find it here: http://www.calis-beach.co.uk/forum/forum.asp?FORUM_ID=212

Excellent idea. I had an email recently from a potential guest looking for accomodation for a wheelchair user. We couldnt help, but it makes you realise how difficult it must be and how useful such info would be

Our two bedroomed, ground floor apartment is adapted for a wheelchair user with ramped access, easy internal access and a wheel-in wet room with non slip flooring. We don't have it as a rental property but we know from bitter experience how difficult it is to get adapted accomodation so we are willing to rent it out but only to adult couples or perhaps a family with a disabled child, i.e. no able bodied teenagers or kids (sorry but those are our rules). There is no availability in 2011 but PM me for more info if required.
