Hello from Phil and Norma

We have holidayed in Calis for the last 3 years and love the place and this year we bought an apartment which is completed on 31st October. We are flying out on 29th and are hoping to get some furniture sorted out as well as all of the legal stuff.

I already know about the earthquake insurance but have been trying to find out about buildings and contents insurance without much luck. Is it best to use a local broker or has anyone any better advice?

Thanks

Hi Phil
Welcome to the forum and congrats on your bit of paradise.
We've an owners section on the forum

http://www.calis-beach.co.uk/forum/forum.asp?FORUM_ID=8

You'll find loads of info re insurance, where the best place to buy your furniture is etc.

Intasure and Baris seem to have good reviews for insurance

Have a good read and anything else your not sure of just ask as someone will have 'been there and done that'

Most of all enjoy your new place:D

Hi Phil and Norma, like you we loved the place and purchased in Ovacik last Nov. I had so much good advice from forum members, it made the process of purchasing and fitting my apartment out a doddle.

Good luck

Kevin and Karen :)

Hi and a warm welcome to the Forum.  All the banks can offer you an insurance package. :)
