Assuming that G is the lowest rating then that should be easy for every house in Turkey, however, I only know of 2 homes in Turkey that are located in Uzumlu that have double skin brick with cavity wall insulation, property roof insulation etc.

Any more? should be interesting.

The UK Building Reg' requirements also use A - G ratings, all new build are meant to get a good rating C+. The relality is that only a small handful every get to this level, the bulk of UK properties are in the E -F band. Unless things have changed, I am only aware of two houses getting A; needless to say, these are exibition houses.
Many years ago, Liecester Uni' built a building which was only heated by a 40 watt in each room, so even better can be achieved. As you are unlikely to see flying pigs; this pipedream is way away.:P
