Just to let everyone know Fig, in 2010, raised 49256.49 tl

And 12,830TL was spent on bursaries for five local high school students and twelve university students.
12,233TL was spent on furnishings, educational equipment from toys to books for local, mainly small village schools.
Around 4,000TL was used for 'special needs' which is helping families with children with medical problems.
We do try to spend the money nearly as fast as it comes in.

You could choose to sit in a bar in the sun drinking every single day, until the one you die on of course, or you could decide to get up and do something for the people in your adopted home who really can use every tiny piece of help. I am full of admiration for all the people who choose the latter.

Well done, FIG folk, it's a fantastic figure and a wonderful effort.
