I Know i'm a woman but I concede I need help

hi all
my daughter passed her driving test last week. Logistically i am in a pickle as i am in Germany she is in school in the u.k and dad has gone to buy me some sand which will be for 6 months (cryptic i know) but i'm sue you get the jist.
Here Goes.

I have found a car
I have sorted her insurance should she want the car (17 years old i know she will)

If it is a goer with the car and folllowing payment say that day and the  insurance is in place can she drive it there and then

I know she has to have a valid MOT
If the car is not taxed and I  apply for it that day . Can she drive it straight away.

If the car is taxed with valid MOT after insurance is activated can she dive it that day.

I have asked in a round about way as i am worn out checking trough websites..

She can take the relevant documents (which are as I recall valid insurance document for the vehicle, new owner tear off from the DVLA logbook and valid MOT certificate) to her local tax disc issuing Post Office and tax it there and then. From there she can legally drive the car. Most insurers provide proof of cover immediately if you are buying online but be sure the numerous pages they supply does contain a certificate of insurance.

"If the car is taxed with valid MOT after insurance is activated can she dive it that day" - no, but she can drive it that day
