Not done either of those but have done day island trip (twice) and enjoyed it.

Tip, Carole & Tayfun have a really big boat that is used for weddings, it is really nice as so spacious
and "open". thing is you need to find out when it is not being used for a wedding, book your island trip
that day and be absolutley insistent and bloody minded that you wont go if you are not on that boat! Not thast
they will lie, just their english suddenly becomes very poor  :)

The trip is worth going on - however the turtles were a bit scarce when we went last year - think we saw one but couldn't be sure. The mud baths were great fun.

A word of warning!  There is no natural shade on 'Turtle Beach' so beware. There is a Council run cafe/bar at each end of the beach which has quite good snacks and reasonably priced. There is also a hut where they make pancakes. I was bored stiff there as there was nothing to do (I dont sunbathe) but a few Efes in the bar with a good book saved the day! 8)

It's an optical illusion actually Tony, they are baggy shorts :D I too am no fan of sunbathing though, I wouldn't have been lying on that sunbed for too many more seconds after taking the photo...
