The guy I use is called Ozden Ozde & he fixes all things electrical, as well as solar water, his no is 0535 200 3318. His English isn't the best, but once he's at the house is very good at sign language  ;) He's replaced the circuit board on my dishwasher for around 50tl as well as fixing the solar system, again at minimal cost.
