Sorry for asking!

A "paujohn" appeared and I wondered who they were as they hadn't posted in the topic (or indeed anywhere) before. Hence the question. Reasonable enough I thought.

I have previously seen people asking how long to get their Tapu and it has been many months.  I know the process has been speeded up now, but despite having a very difficult development company to buy from, Sule handled everything excellently and the villa was mine in 5 weeks!!  She is extremely helpful and competent and I would definitely recommend her.

i bought and paid in cash for my villa 6 yrs ago, after telling my builder that his work and finishing was of poor standard he refused to give me my tapu,i took the matter to court four years ago and won the case,he was ordered last september to give me my tapu and to this day i am still waiting,i used, and still am using one of the fore mentioned solicitors,so i feel i cant comment too much on efficiency,as like we all keep saying at some point, this is turkey, lots of money and time later,im hoping this is resolved very soon as it has caused so much upset and stress, but onwards and upwards with a smile, otherwise i would cry.lol.
