come along, we are a  small friendly group where the weigh in is discreet, the motivation is high and results are achieved.  My ladies lost 8.6kg this week !!! PM me for more details.

Thanks for today Gianna. For those reading this and thinking of joining a slimming club, then this is the one! We all made losses today at our weekly weigh-in and Gianna's info is extreemely helpful and she is a qualified nutritionist so can answer any questions with ease.

Just seen your post Sunnyd...thanks for that !  Yes everyone is doing really well so it just shows you how effective this is.

There is a zumba group held at özel Ata school. I don't know the days or times unfortunately.

zumba is 3pm Mon and Thurs or 7pm Mon and Weds.  100 tl for 8 classes. 130 tl for 12 classes

well done to my ladies this week ...an average of 1.25lg per person was lost !!!
