I recently had the same problem. When I eventually did get in touch (posting on the Forum as you have done) she told me that a lot of her emails from the Forum go straight into the junk mail folder!:(

I saw that post. Facebook doesn't have one though but maybe she's just not checked FB lately.

Facebook does have a junk folder of sorts - if you click messages on the left and side 2 lines come up one saying messages and one saying other - any messages that are from people you don't have as friends and some random others end up in other - I found all sorts of interesting things in my other box :-)
