The Thomas Cook flight from Dalaman in Turkey filled with "thick and acrid" after landing at the airport last year, the Air Accidents Investigation Branch has found. A report by the investigators found that the Boeing 757’s auxiliary power unit was the cause of the incident, which led to 60 passengers using the escape chutes to flee the aircraft.
