Another New Development

Just back from 10 days in the Sun and couldn't fail to notice another new development up near the Dolmus "station" next to Seaside. This is the plot where the half built hotel used to be but has been vacant for the last few years. Its between Seaside and the Jiva Beach hotel and looks like about 5 apartment blocks.

There's also a new building in the Dolmus station area (maybe another restaurant but too early to say) so the Dolmus are parked on the road in front of Seaside at the moment.

I have not seen it yet but the build near to the Dolmus stop at seaside is to be Bar/Restuarant, our friends were going to rent the plot but decided otherwise.

Could it be the new Sensatori Fethiye?

Heres a photo of the new development.

The building on the left is the villa thats been there for a while. One of the new blocks is right behind it. The red roof over on the right is Seaside.

They started building that at the end of october tbought they might have had it finished by now !!!! If you owned that villa you wouldnt be best pleased built right up on top of it, they had even knocked down his back wall
