Cutlery
« on: June 30, 2013, 10:25:06 AM »
I'm trying to locate some cutlery of Turkish origin.

If anybody can help it would be appreciated.

Thanks

DonM
PS Not sure whether I got this in the right place or not.

Are there any marks or back stamps on the pieces. I have seen very similar stainless steel flatware that has been manufactured in China.  The Chinese make many patterns in s/s.

If you Google the name it comes up with a website for Istanbul, so you could contact them and ask for a local stockist?

I've already tried that but it appears to be trade only and you need to log on to their site.

I will wait until I get to Fethiye in October to sort it out.

On the top road heading towards Kipa on the right hand side there is a shop which supplies Hotels and restaurants with these items and they might have them. You can not miss the shop as you can see all the industrial ovens and fridges in the window.
