Slimming club in Calis ?

Can anyone tell me if there is a slimming club or group get together in Calis anywhere please? I thought I saw something  a while back regarding one on a Monday near Cafe Pazar but I can't find it. My weight is creeping up despite the fact that I now walk and cycle miles!! It's not fair!

It's on a Monday from 12pm till 2pm at Zayra which is at the back of Cafe Pazar
