It's annoying that products are made without spares, so you have to buy the whole thing.  We have a toilet in the bathroom (made in Turkey).  It has a soft close seat.  The soft close option broke, it had the facility to repair it once, which was done.  It broke again and when my son checked (he is a plumber) the only option left was to buy a whole new seat at the cost over £100.  They do have them on Ebay for £75.00 this was the cheapest we could see.   >:(

in Turkey, bring it back to the UK and get it to you here. Missed opportunity. ?

Yeah I realised that after re-reading her response (sorry Bernie) but even with my most selfish head on I couldn't expect someone cart a five foot long mop through customs at Dalaman just to save me a few quid  ;D

We had the same problem,ending up buying another mop an bucket.
