We tried out the new(ish) hamam and gym Esilay, which is behind the Calis Beach next to the car park. We did not have a Turkish bath, but went for massage, and on that experience I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. Very good facilities, including a salt room, but the staff did not have a clue in either the skills of a masseur or in how to deal with customers. The bloke on reception was only interested in getting the money in as early as possible, and he was a more miserable old bark than me on a bad day!! The Turkish bath 'boys' were more interested in coming into the Sauna so they could ogle at the four young Russian women in there. Easily the worst back massage I have had.  The young woman seemed to be trying to apply a more Thai approach, and unlike a proper Thai massage it did not work. I could go on with other issues, but I could lose the will to live.

So despite the good facilities, I would say avoid this place. Back to the Nevada Hotel for us, which we recommend highly, using it as I do on a weekly basis.
