The boys at the Huner which is the place i think you mean do a nice pipe, the place towards the sat with the swing chairs? if so its the worst pipe ive had in turkey, way to hot it just burnt away. a bit further down at the yoruk tents really nice and good service. out of the 3 i would use the Huner . i think there all around 15 lira.
but out of choice i would go to Matisse along the Kordon, Ahmet makes the best pipe, over the years ive visited him at Kumsal pide, and bogazici. basically wherever we find him that's where we visit most nights when we are there. Great pipe, service,music,food. finishes are evening off perfectly
