Welcome to the forum Liz, if you look at the home page there is a section things to do, this will give you a lot of information. One trip everyone loves and not to be missed is a trip to Saklikent Gorge, also a visit to the ghost village at Kaya is highly recommended.

Hi Liz, welcome to the Forum. We haven't stayed at the Oykun Hotel but our apartment overlooks the swimming pool and it looks great. Its in an ideal position - its only a couple of hundred yards from the hotel reception to the main street (just turn left and you will see Josephs Bar -highly recommended) and the promenade and beach are only a few minutes walk away. Have a wonderful holiday!

Thank you to all who answered my question, you are so nice! I will let you all know how my holiday goes, this will be first time for me and my husband in a hotel with B&B, used to self catering and only concern was that there will not be a fridge or kettle in the room but that is only trivial. Have a wonderful holiday.  If you get  a chance,make sure you take a day trip up to kas and Kalkan.  They are the two most beautiful and scenic resorts and are easily reached by air conditioned mini bus that leaves the otogar (bus station) in Fethiye for all of £3!!  The bus leaves at 10.30 am and the trip is wonderful, hugging the coastline for the last half hour of the journey, passing by the most stunning coves.  Kas has a real bohemiam feel to it, so laid back with tons of little shops and bars lining the tiny cobbled streets. Kalkan is built around a tiny harbour, and it is great to jump off the mini bus for an hour here before catching the next bus on to Kas.  It makes for a really cheap good day out, and gives you the chance to see some real turkish life on the way. Also, you are issued a ticket with your seat number when you arrive at the bus station, so theres no chance of you not getting a seat for the journey.
And i too can thoroughly recommend saklikent and Tlos.  Fantastic day out also.x
