Yes, I would go along with Rindaloo and you Lotty, it is really good to be able to read in sunlight.  That said, there is still something good about reading a paperback occasionally,  in fact I am reading one at the moment.

I subscribe to Daily Free Books http://www.dailyfreebooks.co.uk/  As a result, I have a nice few books on my kindle now.  A lot of them are recipe books.  Now here is the brill bit,  I can use my kindle to search all my books for a specific ingredient.  It will list all the books and locations of recipes with that ingredient.  Saves hours of looking through my old fashioned paper books, LOL!!!!

Just be careful with the daily free books because if you make the mistake of clicking on the links the next day, you might be charged for the book.
