Some people just should not be allowed to drive at all, never mind on a motorway !! I cannot believe that this cretin, who endangered the lives of himself, his family, & ALL other road users, then had the unmitigated gall to attempt to place the blame upon the H.G.V. driver !!
Lesson to be learned for ALL car drivers, ; NEVER mess with the " Heavy Metal " , & give plenty of room when joining ANY type of road from an approach road,
