Can anyone tell me what it is that is showing down on the beach on the Tonoz Beach Hotel webcam?

Don't worry Patrice, I've got it now! Yeah it looks lovely.

I can just see what looks like chairs & tables on the promenade edge? I think they're allowed to do that before the official season starts.
