Broken Phone
« on: April 12, 2015, 15:48:03 PM »
Can any one help me,dropped phone in Manchester Airport yesterday, its a Samsung Galaxy S3, the screen is black, not showing anything.    Anyone know if there is anywhere which mends phones without sending them away for repair.

Thanks

I take it you are your way to Turkey, if so, there are an abundance of 'phone shops in Fethiye that may be able to help you   :)

Hi.  The place other shops send broken phones to (and then charge extra for the service) is in Fethiye.  Not sure of the name but its almost opposite BIM in the centre of town.  Name is either GSM or SIM.

I dropped my Samsung while in Turkey last year and a Turkish businessman friend advised me to wait
until I got home to get it repaired. He said he has sent his Samsung's out of Turkey for repair as he wouldn't
risk getting it repaired locally.
I took it to a Samsung Centre 5 miles from me in Birmingham, they repaired it, upgraded it and I collected it 24 hours
later. No charge and fantastic service.         :)
