I noticed in Fethiye last week that the local (town council run) buses now perform exactly the same as the dolmus in that they pick-up and drop-off anywhere on route and even give a peep as they are approaching any likely customers. The fare is the same as the dolmus as well. Most of the buses are new - smaller than the old buses but bigger than a dolmus. I wonder what the drivers' policy will be in terms of numbers allowed on !
