Estate Agents

We are considering putting our lovely apartment in Karagozler up for sale  and very unsure which agent to approach.

I know lots of you recommend Interturk Estates but I wonder if you were looking to buy in Karagozler whether you would more likely to look in Fethiye estate agents rather than in Calis- what do you think?

Can anyone recommend a good Fethiye agent? Prices for apartments in the Karagozler area seem to vary so much...from £50k to over £300k!

Also is it unrealistic to put it  on the market while we are in the UK-can we do it via the internet and phone as we don't plan to go back out until September?

When we were considering selling our place in Ikinci Karagozler, Sue from European Estates gave what we considered an honest and accurate valuation.  She also didn't come away with any BS which was another plus point.

 Have just had some dealings with ronnie from Coast to Coast re purchase of an apartment nice pleasant man and if I was selling would not esittate to use him

Forgot about Ronnie (but don't tell him that!) - definitely worth speaking too.

Remember, multiple agency listings are pretty common place in Turkey so dont feel obliged to list with just one company.
