Oh goody, now I have something else to look forward to in a few weeks time,!! At least it will give our local Tesco and Asda a wee break !!     8)  ;)

I tried it again today so apparently you have to show it when buying alcohol but not for anything else

 On the news this afternoon they stated that you must show the pass for alcohol & tabacco purchases only,
  and that is for taking those purchases out of the EU.
  Also on the news, Boots have this afternoon changed their policy and will no longer make customers show their ass.       ;)  ;)
