Yes there is. I assume from the Dolmus terminal. Can't remember what name it had in it but they have an orange front

Tasyaka -Karagosler is the Orange dolmus to take you there. Coming from Calis you can swap when the your dolmus turns the corner after the big Migros. It goes straight along without turning into the dolmus ottogar.

Never heard of Kuleli Koyu...directions please as fancy going on an adventure !

Head towards fethiye. Hugging the bay road. Keep going past the boatyard and then go whichever direction you like around the peninsula (it's one big loop). You will see signs along the way
